Pirates rule the shimmering waters of the Caribbean, and you and your scrappy crew are some of the best of the best. You'll sail anywhere; no ghost story or old legend is enough to scare you away from a chance at glory and gold. Your endless search for treasure has brought you to Dead Man's Cove, a place that many pirates claim lies between the worlds of the living and the dead. You've heard that an ethereal enemy lurks its murky waters, but there's no reward without a little risk...

So immersive and the theatrics were so unique! Best room at escape hour Austin by far!!! Puzzles were logical and the flow was obvious and effortless. Very pirate-y! Enough wow moments, tech and immersion to deserve the "loved"

This game had a very linear feel which led us to do one thing at a time. For a pirate game it was ok. Pirate games are hard to build out. There is a novel and unique idea inside the room which was fun but lost its novelty at the end when it didn’t work correctly. The GM didn’t keep track of us and was speaking up when we were struggling which was okay I guess but she was speaking up and telling us to do something we had already completed until she realized it. Other than that it was a fun game for a pirate game.
I don’t like pirate games because they are mainly all the same. This one was along those lines. It was fun with a unique element but it lost its novelty towards the end.

Very solid room, but it does feel slightly dated. The projector in the room desperately needs to be updated though because the quality was something from the last century. Aside from the visuals, I don't really have any complaints though I wouldn't say that it super impressed either. All the puzzles were good. Absolutely loved the gamemaster/hint system. The parrot was just so much fun.
Amazing gamemaster
It was more or less your standard pirate theme.

It’s in the back of a commercial park and GPS gets you in the general area but no signage except on the door.

Really a typical pirate room, with a unique feature or two. Great room for kids to help along the way. We didn’t intend on playing this room, I booked their Call of the Ancient, but that broke just before we arrived so I had to switch rooms. The set design was good and immersive, the GM was nice and welcoming. Had a great time.
Typical pirate room but who doesn’t love to shoot a canon?
Easy
We played with 3 adults (2 of whom have played only one or two rooms before) and myself, who had only played around 50 at this time. We also had three children with us, all under 10 years old. And we got out with 30 minutes still, while letting the kids do most of the solving. So I list this as easy.
High tech
A good mix of both.
