A young university graduate from New Zealand was working in the New Zealand consulate in Ruratania. Their work interest took them to a small town called Fredonia. All foreigners in outlying towns were being kidnapped by a minority party who disagreed with the way their country was being run. So, they started riots and kidnapped foreigners to destabilise the country. This is where you come in finding yourself as one of the investigators assigned with the task to find two photographic ID`s, proof of home address and how many foreigners were taken.
