Quite a frustrating room as it relies on torch light, didn't feel like there were many puzzles, very slow paced, heavy use of tricky low reward mathematical and word puzzles, no wow factors, very tired room, holes in walls that in any other room that wasn't sold as a mineshaft would be an eyesore, an awful lot of wires and cables visible. Time to close and replace this one.
Staff were excellent.

I think this was a very solid escape room. You do need to be cautious because you will be in the dark and there are tripping hazards all over the place. Finished both the original objective and the side objective.

The room is fine, although there were a couple of small issues. The first room is dark, with a bunch of black stones on the floor. I almost tripped a few times. The puzzles were all pretty fair, although the room is definitely on the easier side of things. We finished with about 15 minutes to spare on the main game,(for a 45 minute room), and did all the bonus puzzles with 5 minutes to spare. Once we left the room the first time, no one came out to greet us, so we went back inside. Same thing happened the second time once we finished the bonus puzzles. It was all a bit confusing. I think the hosts may have been busy with a large group, but it did feel very strange.

Some very cool puzzle ideas and designs but was just disappointed in the rooms upkeep. There is chalk to write with for a few different points but you can find pieces of this chalk almost anywhere in the room, as well as chalk dust on most surfaces. Several laminated sheets that were stuck inside drawers have been in the room far too long and have peeled edges, one with a smudge on an important number that kept us stuck for some time. Several other parts of the room appeared to be falling apart and the VERY casual customer service just doesn’t make it worth the $60 per person.

The best escape room Trapt has to offer. Leaving players (mostly) in the dark to navigate through an abandoned mine shaft makes for a great atmosphere and story progression. Has an intuitive linear flow of puzzles which allows for an easy escape and plenty of time to complete the bonus content post-game if you’re up for the challenge.

A fun room overall with a good array of puzzles. The immersion is definitely the best part of this room, navigating through with head torches in the near pitch black is a fun challenge in itself. The final puzzle was the exception to a room of otherwise enjoyable puzzles, it's a sight-based puzzle but doesn't really match up how it should, could do with a slight rework.

Great attention to detail with theming. Fun and creative puzzles which required lateral thinking to solve. Interesting bonus puzzles which added to the experience
