As a team of 2 this was my 8yo daughter’s first escape room. The theming was good - like Alice in Wonderland. Thankfully she absolutely loved it and the staff were really lovely with her, however there was unfortunately a lot wrong with the room. One of the first puzzles was impossible to solve due to an essential missing piece, the GM had to enter the room to add it in, claiming it had been missed during the reset. Then the batteries on the walkie talkie ran out so we had to leave the room to tell them, completely breaking the immersion. A key fit more than one lock and we were advised that was a mistake. Then the last puzzle/reveal looked very tired and badly glued together as previously broken. As I say, thankfully my daughter had a blast but it put me off coming back here.
