This room is in my Top 3 of all time favorites. I don’t usually love horror rooms, but this was fantastic. Definitely don’t miss this!

The story tells us about Sister Clara, who lives together with the other sisters in the Abbey. A series of strange events lead the sister to inform the Church about what happened there. A demon has the clergy in fear. The Church contacted Father Eusebio, an expert demonologist, who promptly contacted the sisters. Sister Clara warns him: "Father, we need help, we see a sister who looks like us, but is not one of us, she is something impious!" After the sister's stories, Father Eusebio begins to investigate the story. Discover a terrible fact: centuries before a demon was sandwiched in the walls of the Abbey of Santa Clara. Father Eusebio, worried that Clara does not show signs of life, decides to ask the inhabitants of a nearby town for help, to see what really happens there.

La Santa is firing on almost every cylinder. The set design is exceptional. It is ambitious in scale, thoughtful in use of space, and detailed in all the ways that make a constructed environment feel real rather than built. The actors are more than competent; they're genuinely skilled andinhabit the world of the room rather than just managing it. It really feels seamless. The experience builds well across its runtime, with several sequences that feel unique, even if a bit predictable. But it has a finale that delivers the kind of payoff that makes you glad you did the whole thing. There are minor rough edges here and there, but nothing that does lasting damage to the experience. This is a room that earns its reputation. Recommended.

La Santa was as beautiful as it was scary. Arching high above our heads, the set and scale was quite well done. Lots of traversal, back and forth through the monastery. Puzzles were on the simpler side, more fetch tasks. Lots of splitting and solo moments. Tests of courage. Keep on your toes, you don’t know what’s lurking around every corner..

This room felt uncomfortably real. For a moment I forgot we were on a set in a warehouse; if you told me the company built their business around an existing monastery I would believe it. I usually don’t scare too easily but I really did not want that nun anywhere near me. This was probably the creepiest escape room I’ve ever done.

This game is more of a horror experience rather than an escape room. It has the best setting I have ever seen but to my taste it fell short on the puzzle side. It’s definitely one of the greatest experiences from Madrid but do not expect great puzzles like I did 🥲

They had special effects which I had not witnessed in the 117 rooms I had experienced prior to this room. One of my teammates paused in awe due to the impressive set design.

This room is the best scary rooms I’ve played so far. The set is large and impressive. The acting is fantastic. Horror rooms aren’t my favorite themes but this one is worth playing to experience how good the genre can be.
