Horrible design. Most of the puzzles didn’t make sense. There was no guidance as to how the puzzles correlated with the locks. Flashlights weren’t bright enough. It seemed as though they just threw something together that had some Christmas theme to it with little to no thought or play testing. Even after our time ran out the employee there said that it was their least favorite room. The owner was rude as well. Won’t waste another dime at this place. They give escape rooms a bad name.
