Amazing experience and room! I LOVED it! The room itself was themed to perfection. From the moment we stepped inside, we were transported back to the roaring '20s. The incredible attention to detail made it feel like we were truly in Club Diamond, with the underground speakeasy vibe setting the scene flawlessly. The puzzles were creative, challenging, and seamlessly tied to the storyline, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully inclusive. The story kept us hooked from start to finish. Racing to uncover the secrets of the Marzoni Family and finding the elusive second exit was exhilarating. The twists and turns made every moment thrilling, and escaping felt like such an accomplishment.

The gameplay was fantastic! The puzzles were cleverly designed and perfectly integrated into the storyline, making every challenge feel meaningful. Each step flowed naturally, keeping us engaged and excited to uncover the next clue. The balance of difficulty was just right—challenging but rewarding, and the twists kept us on our toes. It truly felt like we were part of the story, and escaping was an incredibly satisfying experience!

The atmosphere was absolutely immersive! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like we had traveled back to the roaring ‘20s. The attention to detail was incredible—every element, from the decor to the lighting and background music, perfectly captured the underground speakeasy vibe. It truly felt like we were inside Club Diamond, making the experience all the more thrilling. The ambiance elevated the gameplay and made every moment feel cinematic!

The room had plenty of engaging puzzles to solve, making it great for teamwork, but the physical space was on the smaller side. I’d recommend an ideal group size of around 3-4 players—enough to tackle the challenges without feeling too crowded.

Kind of just meh to me. Seen the speakeasy theme many times and this one was pretty basic. Some of the puzzles were easy some were very hard and kind of a stretch. Very basic room nothing to truly write home about.

This was my first time at this LGBT-owned company and the room was much harder than I expected, but it was advertised as their hardest and it was an absolute blast! The staff was wonderful and the room was really immersive with some unique puzzles. Some of the puzzles didn't perfectly flow and we would get confused about what clues go with what puzzles. However, this was a great room and we are definitely going back for more.

Just Encase is a hidden gem in Jacksonville! This room blew me away knowing it’s ran by two locals! It’s obvious from their rooms they are passionate about escape rooms. Although the rooms was tough, it was a fun challenge!

The women at Just Encase are just incredible and so are their rooms! 86 Bedford Street was such a fun experience and so are their other two games. Please go check them out if you haven’t already, they’re well worth it!!
