Thank you for giving Alice in Wonderland a try and for sharing your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear that the dexterity-heavy puzzles created a bottleneck during your game. We want our challenges to feel rewarding rather than tedious or frustrating. That said we have retired this room in May this year and about a week away form grand opening our brand new experience "Little Greenhouse of horrors". We have you give us another chance. No more dexterity heavy puzzles :)

We are truly sorry for the frustrating experience you had during your visit. Dealing with malfunctioning props and delayed hints completely ruins the momentum of a game, and that is not the standard we aim to set.
