This experience is an open cubical escape room. We thoroughly disliked this as it ruins the atmosphere and causes gameplay to be disjointed. The group next to us was so loud that we heard some of their guesses which caused us to lose our numbers multiple times. I would say to avoid this escape room.

Locks were old and gameplay felt disjointed
Atmosphere
This is an open cubical experience. You can hear other games. Very much disliked this because it broke the atmosphere.
Customer service
Game master made the most of it. Jack was the only saving grace on this escape room.

Yes
Lock was not reset and had code in it already and other locks stuck where we had to work hard to unstick and lost time.
