Siren's Cove

I am surprised this room received so many hearts. First, the customer service was the worst: they demanded that we surrender our phones. Notably, nowhere in the waiver does it say that they will take our phones from us or require us to put them in the lockers. Below is the exact wording from the waiver: "All items including but not limited to your personal belongings, stuff, object, luggage, baggage, watches, wallet, item and/or property, shall be kept by you at your sole risk." And: "Escape Hour Point Ruston Owner / Venue Owner including the employee or agent shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of your personal belongings…" Translation: Your personal belongings are kept by you at your own risk, and they disclaim responsibility for loss of personal property. Yet they demanded that we surrender our phones to them! They didn't care that we promised not to take any pictures; we could even turn off our phones. Then, after the game, they demanded that we hand them our personal notebooks we used for quick scribbles during the game. Second, the room itself was very worn down and full of dust. I was sneezing there. At least two puzzles were broken or not reset. All my clothes were dirty with white dust after I needed to crawl in one of the tiny rooms. One puzzle was poorly done, so we could see the traces and solved it prematurely. Third, the puzzles were mediocre. For example, you just input what you see without any extra thought process or any layer to make things harder. The only puzzle we liked was about the jars. Fourth, the room is very dark, and the light they provided was mediocre. The bad light was hurting my play partner's eyes. Given the price tag of $75 per person, including taxes/fees, and the factors listed above, I do not recommend this company given their aggressive rules not clearly disclosed in the waiver and their lack of care for the players' physical health.

“X” marks the spot, and this escape room does exactly that! My family and I played this room for my 27th birthday and it truly impressed me! I would highly recommend a team of 4+ because this room was expansive, very intricately, creatively designed, and immersive. From the moment you walk in to the moment you escape, you were Submerged in the storytelling and swashbuckling adventure. This is a nonlinear escape room so it allows you to divide and conquer but also collaborate together. Everything made sense and was very smooth so there weren’t any red herrings, and you can tell that a lot of dedication and time went into creating this escape room. If you’re in the area, this is a MUST-PLAY! It is truly a Hit, and you will NOT be disappointed.

Two themes I feel are played out and usually dont do....Pirates and Egyptian themed rooms. However, this was the exception and I couldnt have been happier. It was such a fun room with unique puzzled and I dont agree on the story being weak. I thought it was just perfect. I cannot say enough about the room and the GM. Such a fun time. Great flow and everything made sense.

This is my hundredth, and the GMS were so excited, they really made the experience great! The set work was fantastic, and it was actually really unique Hope all the rooms work. I won’t spoil anything from there. :)

Custom built room that is a labor of love. Puzzles were well made and fairly novel. Theming of the room was great but story was very weak. Worth going back to try every room!

Our group has done over 50 escape rooms together and we usually breeze through them for the most part. Siren’s cove definitely challenged us in a good way. It was so immersive and the set was beautiful. Our game master was new but very helpful and enthusiastic!

Very fun room! While it is very spacious, our group of 9 adults felt very cramped at times and in each other's ways a lot, so definitely keep that in mind!

This is by far the best escape room I have ever done. The room design was above and beyond anything I had ever seen. The puzzles were a lot of fun and I love how much crawling and climbing there was. The puzzles were so interactive.

A fun, but fairly easy game. The set is cool with a fun character you can interact with. The game finished, and we were kinda like "that's it?". It came to an end too quickly for us; we were ready for more!
