We played the Chimera Corp games back-to-back in the currently suggested order (Castle Fluffendor -> Dark Lullaby -> Help Wanted) and so got the bonus ending; my rating for Help Wanted is based on all three together. It's a satisfying story arc that Help Wanted neatly ties up. It's also impressive how different the aesthetics of the games are. This applies to all the Chimera Corp games, but it's great (and unusual) how much of the experience begins even before entering the actual escape room. The lobby being themed, the in-universe newspapers lying around, and more makes things super immersive. Having three games over which to have establish the universe makes things feel even more expansive. Puzzles felt good and made sense in universe. There's a variety of interesting and unusual interactions, and everything just felt good. I think it edges out Starlight Motel as my favorite overall game of our Columbia/Greenville trip.
I'm a sucker for the retro setting, it gave me Portal 2 vibes of anachronistic science gone too far.
Connor and Quill were fantastic and really elevated our experience. In particular, Connor played a totally different character from his role in Dark Lullaby and was very convincing as both. Well done!

It is the best use of technology I've ever seen in an escape room. The puzzles were super entertaining, and the experience as a whole was super immersive and interactive (and hilarious). It gave me Aperture Science company vibes. Anyway... This room was a super great end to the whole experience of this escape room location. I walked away in awe of everything. The puzzles were fun. They had me smiling through the entire experience.
This is the room you will walk away from and talk about when people ask you about your favorite puzzle experiences in escape rooms. The puzzles were clever, creative, and full of humor. I laughed so much in this room. I also loved how the flow of the puzzles made sense and built into an entertaining finale. Even a few days later, I'm thinking about the puzzles and smiling.
Again, they knock it out of the park with the atmosphere. It's not as strong atmosphere-wise as their other two rooms, but it fits into the more prominent theme of the location, so that's a great thing. This room makes you appreciate everything about this location and the truly special experience they've created if you do complete all three rooms. The actors are the most significant component of making this room come to life. Big shout out to them. They made the day.
Best staff interactions/Customer service I've had at an escape room. I never felt I was working with someone who had "checked out" for the day. They were in it 110% from the beginning to the end. And I was there for around 5 hours. It's incredibly impressive and super appreciated. Big shoutout to Conner, Ellie, Mattew, Mickey, and Nick. Everybody was super helpful and welcoming. Best escape room customer service I've ever had.

Really great game! Would have easily gotten a heart from me, but there were too many tech/reset issues. Game master had to come into the room twice breaking immersion. A prop malfunctioned leaving us stumped for a bit.

This game was so creative and immersive that despite several tech and reset issues (I really hope that was a rarity) I still loved it. I’m not a usual fan of actors but they really enhanced the game in this instance and were well placed (not with you the whole time). Can’t wait to do another game there soon!

Loved this room! Very high tech and immersive design. The puzzles were pretty straightforward but we really enjoyed the story and atmosphere!

Working as new hires for Chimera Corp was a wonderful experience! We were welcomed by the hiring manager in the lobby, did orientation, and were put to unpaid work! Jokes aside, everything and everyone truly played a part in the immersive experience. I loved the interactions with the live actors and the thematic puzzle mechanisms. After playing both this and Castle Flüffendor, I would recommend playing this room first before doing the other rooms. 10/10!

Really fun room. Immersive from the start. Very unique concept and design. Lots of puzzles we haven’t done before.

7/10 This is a great room, I just had one major issue with the gameplay that I don’t want to spoil. What I will say is the concept is beautifully executed for how imaginative it is. The story is straight forward, production is on point, the tech is intuitive, and the puzzles are fun and creative.

This room was great for many many reasons. First off at this location, all three rooms have an overarching storyline that isn't a stretch. Everything from the set design to the puzzles, and what you were asked to do, as well as the interactions with the live actor, what an incredible time! One thing that I really appreciate it was that this was an experience as well. Sometimes, the experience supercedes the fact that you are doing an escape room (less puzzles, etc) but not here! It was a perfect balance! And the dark humor, wow. This room is a must-do!
A very nice flow, not just in the puzzles, but in the storyline
Bizarrely weird and wild
Couldn't have been nicer!

Just wonderful from what you start doing to what you end up doing by the end and the overarching storyline too
