The room was quite empty - there was literally nothing in there that wasn't part of a puzzle (in a bad way, it was a tiny empty room with random puzzles in it) and the story wasn't really a part of any of the puzzles to be honest.  Also, the person meant to be watching us left at points (I think they were just an employee at the hotel the room was a part of and were told to so they're probably not completely to blame but idk) so at the end when we'd figured out the door code to get out no-one came to get us and we just kinda stood there for a while wondering if we'd done it right. Also, the final code didnt have a specific order for the numbers, you just put them into the lock in any random order which made the end feel very underwhelming (plus you had to know that with that type of lock, you had to put a c at the start and an x at the end, which only one of our team knew). It also only took us (a group of three) about 35 minutes when it was supposed to take an hour, and we definitely aren't experts nor were we rushing at all really, so it felt very short. There was also one puzzle where you had to place items in specific places, but for the result to happen, you had to place them down in a very specific way for magnets to turn on a light, so we got the answer correct, but nothing happened for too long before someone noticed and came to help. Overall, worst escape room I've personally played, wouldn't recommend.
