Houdini's Last Secret

Honestly one of the worst rooms we have ever done (we have done over 100). The room was so short with maybe 7/8 ‘puzzles’. Whilst the games master was nice, it totally broke immersion as he had to interact with us to complete the puzzles. Not help. But actually talk to us in order for the game to progress (including bringing a key to us physically at the entrance door). Plus, it was unbearably hot in there that 2 of our group felt faint at one point. It was not suitable for the rooms to be open, or the staff to be working in those conditions. It was much cooler outside than it was inside. Everything felt worn and old.

Probably the worst escape room we’ve ever done. We’ve done Houdini’s other rooms and we’re much better so we were very disappointed with this one. Hardly any puzzles, the game host kept talking in the room prompting us and was part of the game telling us what’s next (we said no clues) and even coming into the room to provide us with an item that is needed to progress. The heat in the room was atrocious and the room was very small, couldn’t get our group around one puzzle, only one person as a time could get involved. Definitely not worth the money

Would not recommend. Without a doubt, the worst room we’ve ever done. Full of non-sensical puzzles, broken items, and very poor communication with host (who clearly did not want to be there.)
