A really beautiful and well designed room with a lot of high tech puzzles - I do prefer there to be more physical locks but the tech worked perfectly with some nice physical elements and was very impressive! Some really fun and surprising elements which I’ve never seen before too, and I really enjoyed the theme. It was a little dark in places with no torches to help which was sometimes a hindrance but we could cope. Hosting was great too!

Overall we enjoyed the game. Interesting elements and story. We did struggle a few times and found the clue system on a screen in the first room was frustrating and broke our immersion. The team at Clue looked after us and there is plenty to enjoy about this game.
A little hard to figure out at times but this may have been us. The main issue was the hint system when we got stuck it was a text system in the first room. Frustrating to have to run back and forwards especially when we were right on time. We also really struggled with one of the puzzles and the games master had to come in to help us in the end. Felt like that part wasn't working properly. Other than that the story went together well and there was a variety of puzzles. When we were tight on time was frustrating to wait for animations etc to complete.
The design was good. Screens etc made it less immersive for us. Some parts were work and hard to read but most was fine.

There was an interesting use of space to create the different play areas.
An interesting story which generally helped lead us in the right direction for the next puzzle.
Medium
We got stuck on one puzzle that ate a lot of our time.
High tech
A bit too much reliance on screens and projection for our liking but I think that is probably preference.

One part in the first room was broken but it was explained up front and didn't cause a problem. We had issues with a puzzle later on that may have been a bit faulty.

Crawling sections and also running back to the first room to see clues.
Colours were part of it. Clues were text based. Some sections required crawling but you don't all have to go through it.

Parked in the Snowhill station car park. Maybe a bit tight for larger vehicles

Really enjoyed this game - my favourite Clue HQ game and has some really cool touches I haven’t seen in other games elsewhere. Definitely worth a visit along with their other games in this location

The GM was really friendly and gave us hints just when we needed them! This room is really pretty and has some fun puzzles themed around it. I really want to go back to try their other games! If you’re in Birmingham looking for a room to do I 100% recommend this one! If I was to note anything the building has a lot of stairs and the room can be a bit physical, just something to think about if you have mobility issues.

Clue HQ has always done great games but this one was magical on many levels. Note - less active, larger participants may have a problem with small spaces.
