What a ton of fun! Experienced puzzlers, DON'T skip this room just because it's on the easier side; take it as an opportunity to go in, have fun, enjoy the jokes and atmosphere, and just have a good time. Also, this had some of the best use of space I've seen in an escape room ever.

Pretty fun! Mostly linear, but that's not a bad thing. Leaves opportunity to be able to track everything easily and focus on the next part of the puzzle. This would be a great first room for people who are new to escape rooms.
I felt the gameplay flowed very well. Ypu can very easily get into a flow of solving what comes next.
The elevator section was pretty clever and charming.
Puzzleworks staff are all wonderful people.

This room as a mix of both tech and mechanics.

This is marked as spooky, but the only scary thing about it is the number of OSHA violations (in the fictional hospital not the real escape room). I didn’t think I’d love this room because of the theme, but I really did. The puzzles are fun, especially for people who are more logical minded. This room has the coolest set design element I’ve ever seen and it’s worth it just for that.

We had a blast in this fun, immersive room. The two of us completed it with no hints, and every puzzle was satisfying. Some really delightful surprises along the way. Great use of space. Coming from LA, it’s hard to make it into our “top 10” but this came close with the sheer delight we felt going through this indie room. Shout out to our excellent GM Collin for a wonderful game experience.

We had a great time in this room, the set design was fantastic. We only had four people, and honestly we were able to work through the puzzles fairly quickly quickly and linearly. I would say for anyone experienced, it’s a fairly easy room, but still lots of fun.
We had four people, and it was a little easy. Ultimately, we didn’t really have much trouble moving through fairly quickly, but we enjoyed the puzzles.
Really great side design, some novel features that really did a great job with the theme
