60 escape rooms
This was a fun room with great props. The "timer" was unusual - a fuel tank where your time for escape is based on how much fuel you consume / are left with. We had 20% tank upon completion. This was my 60th room (54W-6L) that I played with three other adults with similar statistics. It is a role-based game, but you can swap and share roles so don't be too worried about which role you are assigned.
Gameplay
This was a novel game with lots of novel tools which are assigned based on your role within the game.
Atmosphere
The props were very well done and the puzzles were interesting.
Customer service
The GMs were polite and accommodating. The group who played before us went 15 minutes over their time but the GMs kept us informed about our adjusted start time.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
Story
It was an interesting story with interesting tools and props.
Difficulty
Hard
The beginning was the most challenging due to communication issues between my teammates. You have to play with at least two players, but four would be a better choice.
Game tech
High tech
Ideal number of players
4
We played as a group of four adults. I wouldn't recommend playing with fewer unless you work really well with your teammate.
Scary
Not scary
The lighting was low, but there wasn't anything scary.
Minimum age
10
I list ten years old only based on the typical ten year old attention span. If you have a younger enthusiast, certainly include them.
Was anything broken?
No
I think everything was working but we did have trouble with one tool (maybe we didn't know how to use it properly). But we were able to work around that puzzle.
Live actors
No
We won't play rooms with live actors.
Physically active
Somewhat
There is the usual scurrying around, but nothing strenuous.
Accessibility
Vision and hearing are necessary, I suppose it is wheelchair accessible. But there are puzzles which require stooping.
Easy to find location
Yes
Parking
Easy
