The setting didn't feel immersive enough; there were a lot of three-digit combination locks, so we kept trying the same combinations everywhere

It's fine if you like padlocks. It's not clear which padlock goes with which puzzle, so you end up wasting time trying different codes on multiple padlocks. Some clues are really hard to spot. There are some questionable geographical connections. Overall, it's okay. You need at least three players for this room.
We like rooms with lots of padlocks every now and then. This room was great for padlocks. It feels more like the old-school escape rooms from when they first started popping up. It’s nice that there are still a few rooms like this one around.
The atmosphere in the room is nice
The game master recited his lines without much enthusiasm. It was a script he had memorized, which he recited almost like a robot. His remarks weren't always very clear.
