Back in 2020 we did this room it felt pretty new, it had a great setup and the site design was on point. Lots of great puzzles to interact with. At the time there was some tricky tech with the wands that did not always work, and some of the puzzles seemed to be for people who really knew Harry Potter. Overall a great room and lots of fun; great for all ages.

To be honest, we attempted this room a few years ago and we did horribly. That being we still enjoyed the experience & the staff were excellent. This time around we managed to escape with plenty of time remaining.

To be honest we didn't love this room. The theme was exciting but the room didn't live up to our expectations. We chose the most challenging level but I think trying to make the room harder than it was designed for did the room a disservice. I bet if you played at regular challenge level the game would have flowed better. The tech wasn't working well for us , auditory directions were unclear at one point we exited the room thinking we were done when in fact we had more to do that wasn't clear. We finished but had to be redirected by the game master a few times. Unfortunate but game flow here needed some work.

This room was frustrating to us. We perhaps weren’t in the right mind set that night. We did horribly. That being said, I think the room is great. We got bogged down on one of the first puzzles. We were relatively new to escape rooms and didn’t want to wimp out to ask for clues, that being said, perhaps a friendly nudge would have been in order. The staff was fantastic though.

This room was good. Some little challenging puzzles that were rewarding once you realized what they were. One of the technology things didn’t function spectacularly, and the last room was kind of non intuitive (looking through a bunch of things to see where we should be). Overall was a good room, but I much preferred one of their other rooms better.
