The mythical hamlet of Sawalee was burned to the ground in the 16th century after the entire population of peat cutters died of a mysterious contagious disease. In 1976 an archaeologist discovered the mass grave of Sawalee during excavation work just outside Hoogeveen, with a mysterious bright blue stone between the bones. Subsequently, the archaeologist contracted the same infectious disease and was quarantined by the municipality of Hoogeveen in a secret cellar, codenamed Project Blue 26A8. What happened there has never become known, but you will just be locked up there...
