Our hotel was once a magnet for talented flamboyant high-flyers, but that all changed on that one night in the fall of 1982, the night Grandpa George knocked on the door. Weird things happened, inexplicable things even. Guests fled head over heels and in a blind panic they left their belongings behind. The suitcases piled up and the rooms remained empty. They say that objects preserve memories best. You know that feeling when you've lost something and are afraid of losing memories? You're in luck because we found your suitcase. Come and get your suitcase quickly so that your memories do not fade.

What an amazing room was this! It was quite large especially for two people, but thankfully we got an extra fifteen minutes to finish the room without hints.

This was a room of very high quality in every aspect. The puzzles, the set design, and the story were all excellent. Throughout the game, I truly felt like I was exploring the hotel’s old attic. A few nice effects made the experience even better, and especially at the beginning I really appreciated how effectively the lighting was used. Personally, I thought 237 was the stronger room at Hotel Veloria. In Lost & Found, the puzzles suited me slightly less, but that’s purely a matter of personal taste. If you’re in the area, this room is definitely a must-play so you can form your own opinion. All three rooms at this location are high quality, and I’m really looking forward to their next creation.

Lost and Found was one of my favorite rooms we played in The Netherlands. The main reason for me, is that this was the strongest puzzle room we did. I love puzzles! Puzzles it what got me into escape rooms. I used to be a "puzzles first" player, but the more I play and experience, the more I love the games that are heavier on experience and story as well. With that said, a good puzzle room, will always make me happy. Lost and Found didn't just have good puzzles, it also had a beautiful set, a nice story, and great interactions with the set. One of the few non-linear rooms we did here, and it was fun to break out of the way we had played the last few days. The puzzles were also harder, but still a lot of fun! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful game. The set is innovative and contained surprising interactions throughout. Our host was fantastic and was always there to help when we needed a push. I loved the story and how it unfolded. I hope to come back and play the other games at this location!

There were stairs that you had to go up and down frequently. I'm not sure how this could be made accessible for mobility concerns.

We had such a great time here! Our game master was so cool — we ended up chatting with her about America, all the other rooms in the area, and comparing rankings before we even started. We played Lost and Found, and the room was honestly beautiful. The puzzles were clever, challenging, and really unique, and they built on the story so well. I’m a big story person, and I loved how dark and detailed the plot was. It was sad, but in a way that carried through the entire theme and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We played all three at Hotel Veloria today, ending at Lost and Found since they mysteriously lost our luggage at check in. Yes, hard to believe. After a snack of bitterballen and coffee, they let us go look for ourselves. A big space for two of us, we eventually prevailed. Really enjoyed this one, our favorite of the three although all three were terrific.

The set is great and the story is more ambitious than most rooms. Puzzles were a little rough to start with (maybe it was just us not having a good day) but got better as we progressed. We're used to doing improv-y "yes and" to lean in to whatever random scenario the game throws at us, so when they asked us a question during the intro, we essentially said "yes". Apparently they were expecting us to answer a more honest "no" and there was some confusion. I wonder if this is cultural.
