Wow, wow, wow!!! For us, the experience was a total success—our redemption after failing our first room (the only one we’ve ever failed to date! (Kappa)) The staff are very friendly. During the calls into the room (for follow-up or clues), the game master played his role to perfection! No complaints—we really enjoyed it. The room was a bit easier in our opinion, but well-designed and easy to follow with two kids (ages 9 and 11). They were able to participate easily! Truly a wonderful experience!

We received a truly warm welcome even though we didn’t have a reservation (a spot became available later on the website). When we arrived, the person at the front desk told us we could start right away instead of waiting until the time listed on the website! The staff was charming, attentive, and always available! A superb customer experience!
