Decent science themed room, and perhaps zombie, though that theme kinda siphoned out. There were no glaringly horrible puzzles. However, there is a lot of information, some of which are not important. In addition, it’s almost never clear which combination goes where, or what you should be focusing on. The flow is all over the place, and I could not even remember what we had used, hadn’t used, or didn’t need at all. There’s no organization. That said, we had fun, and our GM Alex was great! I wouldn’t recommend fellow scientisticians to turn over periodic tables to play this room, but I’ve seen much worse rooms in this theme.

But there is some blood and the theme is sorta zombie, but nothing spooky or scary at all

Maybe? Some buttons might not have worked properly, and we weren’t sure if they did or not. But our GM came in and made sure everything was alright, so thanks!

great puzzles, only 1 really tripped us up, being scientists we had a great time.

This could’ve been something amazing. It started off great. The room was super immersive and there were tons of puzzles everywhere. We got to a point where we solved everything we could and then we got stuck. We asked for a clue, they gave us a hint but it was an answer we already solved and tried to input into a keypad. We continued to ask for more clues and they just kept giving us hints that gave us an answer that we were to enter into the keypad. It got to the point where they literally told us what to do, we did it, and nothing happened. We spent 30 minutes sitting around while the time ran out. The GM came in afterwards and was like, “all you had to do was type xxxx# into the keypad.” We were like, “we did!!” And so she demonstrated and nothing happened. So she was like, “Oh, maybe it’s xxxx*” Tried it, nothing happened. Tried both a few more times, nothing. And then she was like, “maybe you have to give it a little pressure.” She typed in the numbers, put both thumbs on the # key and leaned in with her body and finally something clicked and a secret door opened. And she’s like, “See, all you had to do was give it a bit of pressure!” And we’re standing right in front of the rules poster that says excessive force is not necessary. We left very disappointed. Aside from that the room itself and the puzzles were really cool… if only it worked.

Very very basic room. Played this a while ago but i can still remember the secondhand embarrassment of the broken puzzles and poor forced acting from the moderator. Was not worth the money or time years ago, and probably still isn’t unless they’ve demolished the old room
