Leichenschauschmaus [Funeral Feast]

This was our second room with this company. We already covered a few general things in our review of the first room, so we won’t go into all of that again here. Once again, we were basically thrown straight into the experience, with the acting starting almost immediately. A special mention has to go to Luisa this time. Her performance was every bit as strong as Nele’s in our first room. You can really tell that this is where their background as a theatre group shines through. Luisa played her role incredibly well and quickly pulled us back into this wonderfully weird world. The room itself has been around for quite a while, and you can notice its age in a few places. That didn’t take away from the fun at all, though. The same mix of quirky, funny and more serious moments was here again. To be honest, I even found some parts a little spooky, which I wasn’t really expecting. It worked really well with the atmosphere, though, and added something extra to the experience. Overall, we really enjoyed the puzzles. One in particular has stuck with me and was definitely a highlight for us. Even though the room is a little older now, we can absolutely recommend it. Especially if you’re following the whole Anti-Schlabbeck-Force storyline, this is definitely one you shouldn’t skip.

A room made for beginners. Definitely nothing for experienced players, but fun enough to spend a bit of time in. The riddles were alright, the set design okay. Only play if it's one of your first rooms or if you're fine finishing it in about half an hour.

Unser erster Escape Room, das war ganz schön aufregend! Mit dem betreten des Gebäudes waren wir quasi auch schon in der Story. Dass hier ein Theaterverein dahinter steckt, merkt man in jeder Sekunde. Wir standen direkt im ASF-Recruitingcenter voller Agenten, alle mit ernstem Gesichtsausdruck. Ein Schlachter treibt sein Unwesen und Leute sind verschwunden, das ist eine ernste Sache und wir waren (anscheinend) nicht zum Spaß dort. Nach dem Briefing durch unsere Agentin Luna mussten wir tatsächlich einen Treuschwur leisten, bevor es dann in Schlachter Schlabbecks Laborküche ging. Ein sehr authentischer Raum mit tollen Rätseln, hier stimmte jedes zum Teil gruseliges Detail. Dass man plötzlich auch nicht mehr alleine in dem Raum ist (wie gesagt, Theaterverein!) sorgt für Überraschung und Adrenalin pur! Mit 44 Sekunden Restzeit haben wir es gerade so geschafft zu entkommen, welch tolles Erlebnis!
