We booked two rooms back to back at this venue. Before confirming, I contacted them to check timing. I explained we had another escape room booked elsewhere later that day. I was assured we would have enough time to complete both rooms. We arrived for our 1pm start. The owner and game master arrived 15 minutes late. We had been told we needed to start at 13:00 to have enough time. We did not begin until 13:15, which immediately put us under pressure. The first room ran well. The game master was attentive and responsive. The second room was a very different experience. There was almost no interaction from the game master. Several puzzles opened on their own without being solved. This removed any sense of challenge and made the game feel poorly managed. At one stage we accessed an area where the instructions had not been translated from Spanish to English. We called for assistance. We waited around 7 to 8 minutes with no response. When we asked for help at other points, it felt as though the game master was busy with another group or setting up a different room. Part way through, the game master announced we were halfway through and asked if we wanted to finish due to our other booking. Because of their late start, the technical issues, and the language error, the experience had already been disrupted. We had no option but to stop the second room halfway through to make our next booking. We were still charged €170 in full. If there was not enough time to complete both rooms properly, we should have been told in advance and offered an alternative slot. We were later told there were three game masters on site, which makes the delays and lack of support even harder to understand. Overall, the first room was good. The second room and the management of timing significantly affected the experience. I would not return based on how this was handled.

The first room of our Escape Tour in Spain. Was 46 in Terpeca 2023. Overall enjoyable and fun. It’s 2 escape rooms back to back, which took use around 2 hours and half to complete. The start and the general atmosphere of the room was what stood out. Some of the puzzles were more difficult due to the lighting and general design. Recommended for experienced players, newbies might struggle.
