For years there have been rumors of a shadow girl scout troop operating in the Boston and Cambridge area. Over the last week, you’ve been earning your Automotive Engineering badges in the local auto body shop. Little did you know that the auto garage is owned by the high council of this shadow troop, and they have been covertly watching you. They have hand-picked you and your team to have the chance to join their secret society, and last night, each of you received a rare invitation to meet there today. You will have one hour to prove to them you have what it takes to earn the ultimate girl scout badge, and a coveted place in their troop.

It’s just so utterly fun. That’s the number one thing I feel about this game. It looks amazing and it plays amazing. The set is fantastic, the puzzles are well clued, the story is hilarious and creepy at the same time. This is genuinely the most fun I’ve ever had playing an escape game. Also the soundtrack is the instrumental of the girl scout song from the Beetlejuice musical so that’s pretty fun. Easily the crown jewel of Red Fox and honestly a worthy opponent to Storyteller’s Secret for the best game in Boston. Play immediately.
Just so fun.
Looks incredible in there, from floor to ceiling.

Some of the best integration of story I’ve ever seen.

One feature wasn’t working because the last group broke it by accident, but the whole game flowed smoothly anyway. That says a lot.

Take the Gore warning seriously. It's not scary, but it is a surprise. So if that would bother you, maybe skip this one. This was a fun one! Very immersive, with a lot of puzzles at the same time. There were some physical tricks I haven't seen before. Really cool! It was also, apparently, a variable room, so the GM ratcheted up the difficulty on our team midway, since we were solving things quickly. That's neat. Very immersive! A worth-it room 👍
Not a linear story, but it flowed enough that it was fun.

We Spot Heroed a parking lot around the corner for like 12 bucks.

Amazing room! Unique theme, stellar puzzle design, and great immersion. The room was very hands-on, there were multisensory experiences, and the puzzles really made you feel like you were in a mechanic shop. Some amazing tech I've never seen before as well. My only complaint is that we were told we'd be watched by two GMs the whole time, but the one time I asked for a hint I didn't receive one until the 4th time I asked. There were also times where I asked questions unrelated to the puzzles (e.g. "how are we doing on time?") and was given a hint for the puzzle instead. Luckily those hints were things I'd already figured out or I would have been disappointed by the unwanted spoilers. It certainly didn't feel like we were indeed being watched the whole time. That being said, the staff were very kind and clearly very passionate about creating good games for enthusiasts, and they gave us an exciting teaser about the next game they have in the works! Excited to return soon!

I'd called ahead of time saying I recently had surgery and can't currently lift my arms higher than 5ft, asking about room accessibility. I was told I'd have no issue with the room, but there were definitely a few times that I reached higher than I was comfortable, and asked my teammate to swap with me. Additionally: One puzzle would be inaccessible to Deaf and some HoH folks (it was one of my favorite puzzles, I'm not advocating to get rid of it! But they should create an accessible alternative for Deaf/HoH players if they don't have an alternative already). Also, a few moments require you to bend down low to reach things

Unbelievably novel premise with excellent, immersive set design and an absolutely wild twist in a morbidly hilarious storyline. No jump scares or anything, but proceed with some caution if you're especially squeamish.

One puzzle unfortunately had marker notes from a previous group, but it didn't detract heavily from the experience. Hopefully it's been replaced!

Great time had by all. Puzzles the likes of which I hadn't seen made things creative and entertaining, though didn't expect a red herring where I got a little wet. Game is dynamic where GM can add or remove puzzles to ensure help limit frustration and keep things flowing and enjoyable. We were told we had the hardest version of the game with all possible puzzles (fine with me, I like puzzles and would rather have more to do than a lot more extra time for the same money). Owners are super nice and passionate about their rooms and like to keep things constantly evolving. Will definitely be going back when they open their next room.

This is my favorite escape room I’ve ever done. They absolutely nailed the theme, and Red Fox’s rooms are all built so purposefully and with true care for the gameplay. If you aren’t into rooms with somewhat dark themes, it may not be for you - but if you are into dark themes - this one rules. There were great unique puzzles, and the rooms flowed together so well.
I loved this room. The theme knocked it out of the park. There were unique puzzles I’d never seen before. All of Red Fox’s rooms are put together so thoughtfully and this one is definitely my favorite.
Quite immersive from the Girl Scout sash you receive before you even walk in, to the (SPOILER) cadaver you stumble upon in the final room. Loved it.
The staff at Red Fox is wonderful.

There were several puzzles I’d never seen before, and I loved the connection that the puzzles had to the theme itself. There is a silly prank in the room that I absolutely fell for.
The theme and storyline was great, and there were MANY little details that really knocked it out of the park for me. Incredibly memorable, and is my favorite room theme/story I’ve experienced so far.

We played with 4, and I think that was a great number. If you’re newer to escape rooms, a couple more might be helpful for a successful escape. Some puzzles might have too many hands in the pot with more people.
Spooky
(SPOILER) There is a fake cadaver and cut off limbs in the final room. It’s not realistic, but might not be for everyone.

The theme of the room might be too much for folks on the younger side. If they aren’t into horror or the idea of (SPOILER) making bad people into cookies… it may not be suitable.
One puzzle didn’t automatically unlock upon solving it but they handled it quickly upon us asking if it was supposed to have opened.

One person will need to step up onto a platform with a motorcycle to solve one of the puzzles.
The initial and second room might be difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, but for the most part mobility issues shouldn’t impact gameplay. I don’t believe any other ability concerns were apparent!
It’s right in Central Square! There is a sign, but it’s a small doorway so you may miss upon a quick glance. It’s worth finding though!

Central Square can be difficult to park in. There are two close parking lots though that typically have space if you can’t find street parking.

This was a fantastic game that was difficult enough for our whole group to keep moving, but never too difficult where it was frustrating. The story line was awesome. I played the original Body Shop game in its previous location, and this was different enough to feel like a new game.

Absolutely loved this room! Bring your strongest members because you will need all the help you can get!! Such a wide variety of puzzles! This room really allowed individuals to shine! The decor has two really distinct looks and feels. I wasn't sure what to expect once we moved on to other sections. It was surprising and did not disappoint. The time flew by and we escaped by the skin of our teeth. Please go play this room!
