It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood, at least that’s what the leader of Clearview Community’s Neighborhood Watch reassures their residents! With an invitation to the Watch leader’s home with promises of fun and games, it’s the perfect setting to keep young minds distracted as parents spend the night out searching for a missing neighborhood kid. Is this just another child running away from home or could it be the latest in the case of the Clearview Catcher?

Incredible flow that moves a real story forward. Puzzles were unique, challenging, fun, never repetitive, and always on theme. Escape ventures just keeps proving how good they are. Warning that this is a lot of jump scares so be wary if you're sensitive to it.

Neighborhood watcher is a very immersive game where the actor plays an important part. Where at first we were happy to go to a sleepover, things took a rather chilling turn after a while... The riddles are fun, the decoration is nostalgic (in a good way!) and we had a blast!

TEV rooms are all amazing. For 2 of us this is our top room. We all loved it and Luke was awesome. This is one not to be missed!

Neighborhood Watcher will get your skin crawling and your teeth on edge. I’ve never felt my heart race so much in a room… It is smaller in size and there aren’t a wild amount of puzzles, but the in game actor sets this apart as a favorite. Gotta come back and try the others very soon.

I brought several co workers with me with varying levels of experience. Everyone loved the game and said they are expecting me to plan more trips to TEV during future trips to the area. The 90’s/00’s theme was super fun as well and the GM was fun and made the experience even better.

Neighborhood Watcher at Escape Ventures is one of my favorite escape rooms I’ve ever played. The puzzles were creative and engaging, with just the right amount of jump scares to keep things exciting. Nothing overly intense—more silly, fun scares that added to the experience. Huge shoutout to Alex, our incredible game master and scare actor! She was amazing—so fun to interact with and did a fantastic job keeping the game flowing smoothly. We only used three hints (and one of those we realized afterward we didn’t even need). Overall, I highly recommend this room to any escape room enthusiast. There’s a reason Escape Ventures is contracted to build rooms for other companies—their rooms are incredibly immersive and beautifully the

absolutely fantastic room! We went as a pair of 2 and got through it easily with 14min to spare. I was SUPER worried about it being too scary but it was not bad at all, just kind of a creepy vibe.

We opted for the "less scary" version (and guess which one of us doesn't like jump scares? Hint: it's not the one you assume!) We love love love everything about this room. It's so imaginative and interesting, and it was fun to play something with a nostalgia theme and having that me the 90s and not the 80s. It made us smile, and also laugh. The actor was superb, really makes the whole experience. All the good stuff you have hear about this game and this company...it's all true.

Like all of the best The Escape Ventures games, it is an all around fun game with decent puzzles, amazing set design, and of course really fun interactions with the game master. Our game master in Neighborhood Watcher gave what is probably the singular best performance we’ve seen in an Escape Room. The Cornstalkers game master had more to do, but this game had by far the best acted singular character we’ve seen in any Escape Room. He is amazing. And this entire game is amazing… until the ending. This is because, well, it barely feels like there is an ending. This game feels like 2/3s of a really good game. It builds up tension masterfully and does nothing with it. It is a great experience that I don’t want to spoil anymore about, but be sure not to set that high of an expectation for where the story is going. (I would like to think that I’m not just biased toward 90 minute games, but the fact that Cornstalkers and Arctic Storm worked so much for me and this one didn’t (as much) specifically due to its length suggests otherwise.) TEV Ranking: 1. Orlando: Cornstalkers 2. Orlando: Arctic Storm 3. Port Charlotte: Phantom FIles 4. Port Charlotte: Click ‘N Glitch 5. Port Charlotte: Nightfall 6. Orlando: Bros for Life 7. Orlando: Neighborhood Watcher (gap in quality) 8. Puzzle Corp.: Secrets of the Swamp (they designed this) 9. Orlando: Satirical Miracle (gap in quality) 10. Orlando: Outage 11. Puzzle Corp.: Doomsday Disaster (they designed this)
