The Compliance Escape Room

The Compliance Escape Room takes place in a classic office room. In this, a team, which can consist of 2 - 6 people, is included* and has to solve some compliance puzzles. There are clues throughout the game that lead to the next puzzles. For support, the players are accompanied by the support team via video. If we get the impression that the team is "getting lost" or going down the wrong path, the participants will receive a notification. You can also contact the support team directly and ask questions. Each puzzle solved leads to the next task until the room is mastered. But beware! The puzzles are interactive and require creativity, teamwork and the recognition of compliance violations from the participants. For example, some puzzles involve finding the violation or why a particular action, decision, or conversation was sensitive or problematic from a compliance perspective. After escaping the room, the team receives a debriefing from the supervisors. In this meeting, findings and questions raised are discussed with a compliance expert and the essential compliance aspects are summarized. With this training element, the experienced content of the Compliance Escape Room can be optimally processed and internalized. *Of course, the room can be left at any time if necessary.
