Complete Your Daring Prison Escape Many consider Prison Break our most difficult escape room. Players are split into two different prison cells and must work together to get out of a 1950s style prison. A successful escape will include a sneaky trip to the warden’s office. An unsuccessful escape will land you in prison forever. Yes, those are real prison toilets….what can we say? We are obsessed with creating realistic environments.

This was one of the harder rooms at the escape we did with 2 people. It does require coordination with your other teammates in a different way!

Room was overall ok, I was expecting a harder level of puzzles being a 9/10 room, instead I feel like they just shoved tons of puzzles many of which did not really fit the theme into one room. With 8 people there wasn’t enough room to spread out and tackle this volume of puzzles so people ended up standing around because they couldn’t be of use just due to sheer lack of space since they liked to put 2-3 puzzles all in one corner together in each set and I’m not getting snuggly with the strangers they insist on since they seem to be the only ones in the industry still doing public bookings. I really enjoyed the beginning of the room, but as seems to be on theme with escape game the subsequent rooms kinda make the immersion and theme fall apart.

After conquering Puzzle Master at Trapped nearby, I thought we were ready to take on Prison Break, which is TEG's hardest game. We were definitely not ready, haha. The coolest and most challenging part of this is the split start. Props to TEG here as this part of the room was the most immersive I've played, as we really felt we were trying to work together to break out. Split starts are also hard because it prevents your best player from coaching everyone through one part, and each person room had to do their own dexterity challenges. We actually got out of the cells at a decent pace, but started getting frantic and missing small clues. Everything in this room is a clue, and you need to be sure to look everywhere at at every detail! We started using hints in the second room and the last room was basically a rapid fire series of hints, as this room is extremely puzzle dense. I actually recommend 4-6 people for this room as there is plenty to do, though some parts went semi-linear, where you needed to complete one puzzle to unlock another. It is also the most difficult room I've done. Overall, we did end up escaping, but used about a dozen hints. I still really appreciate what they did here in terms of the theming, and none of the puzzles were unfair. Some puzzles even made me audibly go "Oh wow!" when I solved them, which is what you're playing escape rooms for.

This is a slip room. We went back and did it again to swap rooms so that we could experience it form both side and it was so cool. The things we see and try and unlock. We couldn’t stop laughing at some very bad fail attempts but worth it

One of Escape games best! We usually prefer to do rooms just the two of us. But this one was fun as a group! Well “two groups”

I just love a prison room so much, and this was one of the best I’ve done. So much fun, a good variety of puzzles- I wish I could do it again

This was fun! Our first shared experience escape room, and we were anxiously excited to see how it would be! With a split start where you have to communicate, this game could be a disaster with the wrong group. Luckily, the other group of three were noce people and easy to communicate with. I am happy that not many companies do the shared experiences anymore, but it was also a lot of fun to have experienced one. To the game: Fun puzzles, nice sets, good amount of things to do, different puzzles, and ways for all players to shine during the game. I am pretty sure it would have been horrible with the full player count, so I was happy we were only five players. A fun prison break room that I can absolutely reccomend.
