Chapter 2: Norcross Art Gallery

We did Chapters 1-3 all in one playthrough. Chapter two felt like the least able to stand on its own. The puzzles were different and inventive. Still worth playing as part of the whole storyline, and the actors interactions between Chapter 1,2 and in this room are very amusing.

Off the Couch is World Class. We did all 3 rooms in the same day and played them in order. Simply put, this is an experience you will never forget. Every Room has unique puzzles and elements I’ve never seen before. I’ve done over 115 rooms and counting. The interaction you have with each story creates a world of immersion that is top tier. You can feel the amount of care, passion, and thought that went into building these rooms. These are longer rooms which is worth every moment you are in them. If there is only 1 company that you have an option to do a room in in the Bay Area it is off the couch. Everyone person that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Games masters have an awesome way of communicating based on which room you are doing.

I think the drawing made my week :) I really loved the digital portion of this room even as I'm not entirely certain I followed the plot. Super high quality room, with some great puzzles. I personally didn't love the very end twist, but we had a great time escaping! We played this room back to back with the Morgue and the transition straight into the second room was delightful! I do have to say that the little flourishes that OTC adds to the experience definitely add to the fun.

Another great game from OTC. We really appreciate that although the games are the same narrative and there are repeated story elements, none of the puzzles, events, or even atmospheres seem repetitive. This one had more opportunities to split up than the first one and some cool puzzles! It was definitely a bit more challenging for us, but in a fun way. For sure play the first chapter before this one, and be warned for creepy elements and a live actor. Super immersive room with great puzzles and great narrative.

This series is fantastic! This room has very creative puzzles, set design, and the game play is outstanding. I would highly recommend this series!!

We played all 3 chapters this week and this one was our least favorite of the 3. That being said, it was still a good room. It did a lot to continue the overall story, which was intriguing and interesting. We found one finnicky puzzle to be quite annoying. Even when we knew the solution, we had a really difficult time aligning different pieces in just the perfect way to complete it. It took way longer because of this to finish this puzzle and at some point we just got tired of it and wanted it to be over. This is clearly an issue for more than just our group, but they just live with it being that way, rather than finding a way to make this puzzle a better experience. So that was my main gripe. The art museum gallery is a really cool setting for an escape room. I wish it had been a little larger so it felt more like an actual museum, but you can still suspend disbelief. I’m still very curious where the story goes and am looking forward to seeing chapter 3!

Another amazing room. Puzzles were different than any other room. Loved the way they immerse you in the room. Loved the different way they give clues. Another favorite!
