My group had a fun time dressing on theme. We were the demure ladies at the art gallery. After the rooms I’ve seen, I always find it hard to appreciate the room and stop and look. The staff was amazing and allowed me to take it all in without worrying about rushing my group out.

A solid escape with high quality construction and props. It's not quite as unique as chapter one but still one of the better escape rooms around. The staff at OTC are really enthusiastic and friendly which makes it fun to keep coming back.

Not as amazing as the first one, the late stage is kind of repeated and boring.

6/10 The least impressive out of the three Off the Couch experiences. Good puzzle flow, nice set design, nothing that will really wow you. There is a part of this room that is not a puzzle at all and you have to do it multiple times before moving on. Not my favorite.

This one is Chapter 2 of the story. If you haven't done "Occam's Apartment" yet, you definitely want to (have to?) do that one first. Otherwise, you won't understand the story. I highly recommend these rooms to anyone who likes escape rooms and/or interactive storytelling. We had a long conversation with the designer about these rooms and what he wants to do with them. It's absolutely fascinating. The gameplay was great, the set design was great. What really excites me about these rooms, though, is what he wants to do with them in the long run. He wants to turn the whole complex into an interactive story/immersive experience. I think something like that would be absolutely amazing. While you're waiting for your time to go into the next chapter room, you can go to the Boba shop or interact with the actors there--like a cross between a renaissance faire and an interactive experience at Comic Con. That being said, this is probably my least favorite of the 3 rooms. I found some of the puzzles to be quite easy. Though some of it really fit into the story--and your place in the story. You make choices to personalize your experience. Are you going to be a good guy or a bad guy? A lot of that falls into place during this experience. I just wish I could go through it again.

Some fun puzzles of interesting variety and an engaging development into the overarching story. The theming of the art gallery was immersive. The puzzles were a little non linear which is better for larger groups to divide and conquer, but the space can get cramped at times if you have the max 6 players like we did.

I really enjoyed solving the puzzles in the room, especially since they tapped into the different aspects of things you would find in an art gallery.

This room feels more like an interim between the two rooms (apartment & morgue). While it stands as a pretty good room on it’s own - it is a shorter and simpler experience than the first one in the series.
