Treasure Island

The room was amazing! The tiki bar with real refreshments was a fun idea. The game play and story flowed well and stayed in character.

The props and designs were fabulous. Every puzzle was in excellent condition.

Our GM (sorry, I forgot his name) was very friendly and respected our request for no hints, unless we asked for them (we ended up asking for two, I think).

As mentioned, the room was decorated very well. It was absolutely in theme.

TBH, I don't really follow the plots, but my teammates do and they liked the story.

My team of five adults with 54 escape rooms under our belt (48W - 6 L) were challenged but not overwhelmed. The 75 minute time is a nice bonus.

It was probably a mixture of both, but maybe a little more mechanical?

We played as a group of five adults, but it would still be doable with four. Or more is ok too because the room is large and there are plenty of puzzles which can be solved simultaneously.

We won't play scary rooms.

I list ten as the minimum age only based on a typical ten year old's attention span. But if you have a younger enthusiast, absolutely include them! The rooms are not scary or inappropriate.

Everything was in excellent condition.

We won't play rooms with live actors.

There is the usual scurrying around associated with escape rooms, but nothing strenuous.

I think the room is more appropriate for players without common disabilities.

Parking is on site. In fact we brought our dog since it was a cloudy & cold day and left her in the car with the windows open. Since we played three rooms today, we could take her out for a walk between rooms.

Love multiple room experiences especially when it flows back and forth, and the consistent theming made everything extra fun. This room has a little bit of everything including logic puzzles, physical challenges, exploration, and tongue in cheek interactions.

Set design A+++ you can see the passion and effort that went into every detail. There's fun references to pop culture, super fun props for post game pictures, and even real drinks for the players.

Greg was the best! Interacted with us throughout via the "clues giver" but not just for clues, fun and witty banter as well.

The set design and props alone make this unlike most other rooms. Few others combine as many elements as this one had in a cohesive way. Other rooms have a few together, but this was like the best of all the different mechanics you've seen combined in one.

The plot and motivation for the player characters was silly and fun but the key is how cool it was just to go through the room and use absolutely everything you see.

I think it was about medium but could be hard depending on the group. There is a lot to look at and get distracted by, and some puzzles are locked behind completion of others, but not in an obvious way. One of our group would "complete" various puzzles but stop and not realize it was incorrect, and not say anything...but somehow lucked into the piece we needed anyways.

Mostly mechanical but a good amount of tech integrated together, and really well done.

4-5 is a good number to keep everyone involved and doing something. There's so much to look at that it helps to have multiple perspectives and ideas to keep it moving.

Some things were at a height that might make it difficult for a child to see or reach without assistance, but if you take your kids on the Disney pirates ride, there's similar vibes here.

Little hiccup with one thing but not game breaking and easily solved with "room service"

Dim lighting may make it difficult to see, and there is one smaller passage way that requires stooping/bending.
