Room was themed well and flowed with all the clues! A little bit of a boring room but again themed well and the props went well with the story.
One of the safes didn't work but the Gamemaster was very helpful right away.

We loved the theme and the setup- there were just a few things we didn’t love. There was one puzzle that we were stuck on for quite a while even with a clue but we finally figured it out. The other thing was it wasn’t clear/didn’t flow with which keypad to enter code in when you figured it out. Also, a few of the things that popped open or released weren’t obvious and GM had to nudge us to tell us what’ opened’ then we had to pull it. There was only one other hiccup which was no fault of the GM but the emergency alarm went off for the entire business building and we had to evacuate during our game until fire dept came and cleared us to go back in. The GM did add two minutes to account for the time of confusion about what was happening and evacuating. The 10 -15 mins interruption kind of knocked us out of flow but we did get to the last clue when time ran out- just needed another minute or so…

i don’t like the gameplay at escapology at all. there’s always one piece that’s super hidden somewhere that you’re scared to look cause you might break something, and all the rooms have the same layout. i always say you can tell the difference between an escape room company that does it because they love escape rooms and an escape room company that does it for the money, escapology is 100% for the money.
