Super immersive, very fun puzzles and rooms! This has been hands down the best escape we've done in Melbourne. So awesome.

What a great use of technology and space to tell a story that is immersive and fast paced. This is not an average escape room but one for those who have seen the usual before and are ready for a new adventure. The benchmark for which others should be measured. Cannot wait to see what these guys do with their next room

This is definitely the best in Melbourne WOW what an escape room!!! Even when you think it’s over it keeps going! And what a cool way to end the room (don’t wanna spoil it)! The puzzles flow so well we moved through the rooms easily as a group of four and two of us had never done a lot of rooms before. The first two reviews on Morty made us nervous as they said they were pushed through the rooms but we didn’t have that experience and we didn’t see any “side puzzles” the first review was referring to… all the puzzles were intentional and needed to move you through the game so don’t worry about that! I think our top two companies in Melbourne would be curium and adventure rooms!

This is my number 1 escape room that I have done. From the sheer scale of the room to the intuitive puzzles, I loved every minute of it!

Unlike anything I’ve ever done. They have heaps of space and they made the most of it. Absolutely fantastic story, puzzles, atmosphere!

As a group who have experienced dozens of escape rooms, Extraction stands out as one of the best we have come across. Our group of four had a wonderful time exploring the themed rooms, and the puzzles are large enough in scope that it seemed there was always something for each one of us to be doing at any given time. The Experience starts off with an entertaining brief and a masterfully done special effect sequence to get you into the first puzzle room, setting you up for the right mood from the first moment you play. The overall goal of the escape room was clear and interesting, I very much enjoyed that while the aim was to collect the macguffin, that success didn't mark the end, but really only the halfway point. It's rare to get to use that item as a vital part of future puzzles, and I found myself attached to it, feeling real stress when it was lost at one point. The sets were very cleanly designed and the puzzles were difficult enough that they needed proper attention and focus, but everything was clear, and it never felt like we were spinning our wheels or stuck on one thing for too long with no direction. Overall I would recommend this to escape room veterans and newcomers alike, with a focus on fun and experience rather than worrying too much about time and scores, Extraction's passionate and friendly staff made for a hugely positive experience.

I liked the puzzle designs. A lot I’ve never seen before. I did find quite a few red herrings that confused me. It was quite difficult because I tend to overthink hints. I do recommend this escape room for a large group as I think it would be easier to escape with more hands on deck.

Physical elements were very creative and memorable. They allow you to skip them for medical reasons but I strongly recommend doing them as they really add to the immersion. Game master was exceptional. She was energetic and cheerful which made the whole experience quite enjoyable. The game mechanics were unique and something I had never seen before.

Easily one of the very best escape rooms my partner and I have done.
