Labyrinth - Lord Barrington's Folly

My partner and I had so much fun playing this room. We finished the main goal with plenty of time to hunt for coins. I loved the side quest of coin gathering and think that element would be what would appeal to enthusiasts - there’s plenty to do! The set and theming was lovely. The story here felt less central than some rooms but our goal was clear. This room was just solid fun from start to finish. We used up our whole hour too which I love!! My partner has only done around 20 rooms but placed this as one of his favourites.

Really enjoyable concept with a main, more conventional escape room with an additional collector-style task added in If you like a challenge, this will definitely be up your street! Fun tasks, great room and friendly team

Plenty to do for enthusiasts, we used the full hour trying to max out all the collectables, really solid room with some puzzles I've not seen elsewhere

Fantastic experience. I do love games that have side objectives. We scored 36, just missing out on one more gold and two silver. I tend to dawdle along in escape rooms to avoid escaping too soon but this game kept us busy right down to the last minute. Would recommend it for newbies and experts alike.

Loved it! Such a variety of puzzles including ones I’ve never seen before, and really fun interactive elements. Really enjoyed collecting the tokens as well as completing the main escape objective. The room was so well designed and you could tell a lot of time and energy had gone into building each element, as it was themed so well. Great friendly hosting, and we enjoyed that the host took us round the room at the end to show us where the tokens were that we’d missed and how to solve the puzzles we’d missed too!

Excellent venue, excellent host and the games are fantastic. This one is different to most, guarantees you spending the full hour and the puzzles are different of varying degrees of difficulty but all achievable. Would certainly be fine for more than two and recommended

This is such a brilliant room! I have done quite a few collection escape rooms now and this is currently my favourite for sure. The puzzles are all super creative and when we found out where certain things were hidden we were amazed! Just a really unique theme and a must do if you are in Birmingham 😁

Really enjoyed the mini puzzle aspect of this room with the added task of collecting gold and silver disks so you really want to use your time wisely. It also encourages you to use the full hour. There is just so much to this room that it works well for both a small group as well as a larger group maxing out on searching for disks. A lot of fun!

This is up there with my favourite games. I love the ‘use the whole hour to get what you can’ style. Everyone’s a winner. That being said, it helps if you slow down and are observant (not usually our strong point!!). We played as a two and I think if we’d gone as a three or four we’d have got all but one/two of the coins. Highly recommend. You could have fun if it was your first or hundredth room.
