This escape room was fantastic! Highly recommend for anyone. It’s spooky but not overly done. It has great immersion!
Game flowed perfectly!
Both the practical effects and special effects were phenomenal
Everyone there was super friendly and helpful.

4 can do it. We had 5 but one was a teenager and 3 of the 5 were new to escape rooms

This is by far the best escape room we’ve done, hands down. The puzzles were challenging and creative. I haven’t seen gameplay that employs the types of puzzles in this room before. It’s exciting and so immersive. While I wasn’t ever totally terrified, the atmosphere kept the hairs on the back of my neck up through the whole game (in the best possible way). The storyline is great and their attention to detail is spectacular. We have actually replayed this game multiple times just to watch other people’s reactions to the room and re-experience the ambiance without actually participating in the puzzles and it’s still impressive every time. This has set a new bar for our escape room experiences and would highly recommend any of their games for escape room enthusiasts.

It is on the outside of an outlet mall. It could be hard to find if you’re not paying attention but they put it in their website, emails, and will tell you if you call, do they provide excellent instructions if you actually read the information given.

This Escape Room is in my Top 5 All Time best games and will be for a long time by my estimation. All of the design elements were on par with what you would expect from stepping into the real thing. It was like being in a Disney or Universal quality experience.
This game is a 90 minute long experience that has no lull in the action.

By far the best room I have ever done. It was extremely immersive and didn't feel like a typical escape room, it was an experience. Didn't get out but was perfectly fine with that because of how much fun we had.

This is an insanely immersive room! The little details are what make it so cool and the ending… wow! However, I do believe there is a flaw in the difficulty of the room and the amount of time provided to players. From escape room experience and the amount of failed attempts shown on Facebook, this game could easily be moved to 90 minutes. The room is so cool and extremely detailed! Most people who pay for extremely immersive rooms like this love the difficulty of puzzles, but want to be able to enjoy the entire experience. Most of the successful groups shown are returning for their second round. It’s an awesome room like the others at The Sanctuary, but it seems like a way to have people pay more than once for the room. If you can complete it in the first go, standing ovation! But the staff telling you that you can see the rest of the room if you hit a certain percentage should be enough to tell you that you might not succeed in 75 minutes.
So immersive! Definitely a top 10 in regards to atmosphere for me.
The Sanctuary staff are always fun to talk to! You can tell they love what they do.

Very immersive with just a sprinkle of a spooky/suspenseful atmosphere

Steep stairs and little AC. It adds to the experience but doesn’t have to be used by every player.
There are stairs in one portion of the game, but not every player needs to use them.

Depending on day and time. It’s at an outlet mall.

With over 250 rooms played, this one is currently my favorite, or at least in the top 3 (it's so hard to choose). We aren't into horror/scary games per se. But, we have found that we do enjoy creepy rooms, and this one is definitely that. To this day, we have not seen game mechanics in any other rooms that Sanctuary employs in Seed of Hope. The puzzles are fantastic. The flow is terrific. The set and decor are amazing. The storyline and how they keep you engaged with what is happening is so good. We still talk about this game and compare all others to it. Sanctuary hit it out of the park with this one. Beware that there is some ducking/crawling and there are stairs. Not all players need to crawl or climb stairs, though. It is a four-person game, and you NEED four or more people. There is so much to do and see. I would LOVE it if at some point they would offer a two-person, two-hour experience on a weekday. Wishful thinking, I know. I have only replayed one game (Servants of Sleight). This is a game I plan to replay with friends that haven't done it yet. It's that good. Oh, and the staff are all so friendly and helpful.

This room was amazing like all the others at The Sanctuary. My only complaint is a personal issue but there were times I felt overstimulated. If I were to do it over again I would book two time slots. We only made it 48% but it felt like 10%. I am definitely rebooking this same room with two time slots.
The lighting is very dim and there’s a lot going on with both visual and sounds. At times it was a little overstimulating but still one of the best sets I’ve seen/played.
