this game was promising considering the positive reviews but I would strongly take the bad reviews into consideration. We experienced faulty mechanics, little support from the game master, and they ended the game on us early. when we tried to reach out to the owner about our experience their response didn’t reflect any sort of true remorse or ownership for our bad experience. Owner did admit our GM was busy running multiple rooms at the same time which is why she was not as attentive to us. Would not recommend.

Hi, Thanks again for making another review, but since you didn't directly respond to our previous response, so I'm copying it here: "Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, especially since you were enjoying the room so much at the beginning. We truly appreciate both the positive feedback on the theme and décor and your honesty about the issues you encountered. After reviewing the session details, we believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding timing. Your game was scheduled to officially start at 7:30 PM, as confirmed in the booking and follow-up email. We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes early to complete waivers and receive instructions so the full hour of gameplay can begin on time. Our records show that your group arrived about 7 minutes before the start time, and entered the room at approximately 7:33 PM. The game timer itself still runs for a full hour, which would place the end time around 8:32–8:33 PM, so you exit the room around 8:32pm. We have recording and screenshot to support above timeline. If you want to check, we are happy to provide. Regarding the remaining minutes shown on the display afterward, our Game Master was hosting multiple games that evening and may not have immediately recalled the timing details, but we want to be very clear: we would never intentionally end a game early, as there is no benefit or reason for us to do so. As for the puzzle you mentioned, when our staff said they would come help, that assistance was provided remotely by bypassing the mechanism from outside the room, which is why the lock opened shortly afterward. It did not open on its own, and this action also indicates that the puzzle itself was functioning properly at the time. That said, we understand how frustrating it can feel when progress is delayed, especially during an otherwise strong run. We sincerely appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. While we regret that the experience left such a negative impression, we would truly like the opportunity to clarify things further and see how we might help make it right. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss this by phone — we’d be happy to connect. Thank you again for your feedback. Chronos Escape Room"

This was our first time visiting this location, and we were genuinely excited to try it out. A lot of the rooms looked like a lot of fun, and we were honestly even considering playing a second room afterward because things were going so well in the beginning. We played the dollhouse room, and to start with the positives, the decorations were great and the theme was very well done. We moved through many of the early puzzles quickly and completed a large portion of the room within the first 15 minutes without needing any clues. Everything was running smoothly, and we were having a great time. That changed when we reached one particular puzzle. Without giving any spoilers, we were consistently entering the correct code, but the issue was not user error. It appeared to be a sensor or technical malfunction. This was the first time we asked for a clue, which was frustrating because we did not need help solving the puzzle. Staff confirmed that we had the correct code and instructed us to continue entering it. We spent approximately 10 to 15 minutes repeatedly inputting the same correct code. We tried different approaches and reentered it multiple times, but nothing worked. We lost a significant amount of time here through no fault of our own. After clearly expressing frustration and asking for assistance, we were told someone would come help us. No one came, but shortly afterward, the lock suddenly opened on its own and allowed us to move into the next room. At that point, we checked the clock and saw that we only had about 15 minutes left, which was extremely discouraging, especially since it was clear there was still another room to complete. Not long after that, we received a notification that our time was up. This was particularly frustrating given how much time we had lost due to the malfunctioning puzzle. When we exited the room and looked at the timer, we saw that we still had just under three minutes remaining. While three minutes would not have been enough to finish the room, it is the principle of the matter. When we brought this up to the Game Master, she asked if we wanted to go back in and finish playing. At that point, however, the experience was already ruined, and the offer did not really address the underlying issue. This was the first time in all of our escape room experiences that a room has been ended early like this. It was also the first time we have encountered such a frustrating situation involving a technical issue, especially one where we were clearly entering the correct solution and did not receive timely support. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we likely will not be returning, despite how promising the room initially seemed.
