We played the Indiana Jones room and ended up quitting because of a serious safety issue. One of our players became trapped inside a small, confined box due to a game malfunction. We shouted for help for about 10 minutes before the game master responded. During that time, we couldn't leave the room to get help ourselves because the exit was locked. The situation could have been resolved instantly—the game master only needed to press a button to unlock the box. Instead, we were left waiting while he was apparently busy with other games. Leaving someone trapped in a confined space for 10 minutes is completely unacceptable. After we quit, we asked for a refund but were initially refused. Only after the manager got involved did we receive one. This was the worst escape room experience I've ever had, and I would never recommend this venue.

Oh wow! Really liked it, not that hard but it had some things I’ve never seen before. The gm wasn’t very chatty but that’s okey.
