Our game was unfortunately ruined because one of the lockers was already open. Since the game is linear, after completing the first puzzle we accidentally jumped straight to the fifth, thinking it was part of the game. We didn’t realize what had happened during the experience, but when we finished the room we were surprised to learn that four puzzles had been skipped because the room hadn’t been properly reset. Throughout the game, we kept returning to the first room trying to figure out the lockers we had missed, which caused us to waste a lot of time. It was an unfortunate and disappointing situation. That said, they did offer us a discount, and we returned the next day to try another room.
