A mysterious physician called Han appeared in the small town of Wu Shan one day and immediately became famous among villagers for his remarkable medicine and healing abilities. As the previous top physician in the village, you are determined to find out the secret of this mysterious man’s background and the ingredients of his miraculous medicine. On a quiet evening, while the physician is away on an errand, you quickly sneak in with your assistants to gather what information you can in hopes of recreating the same medicine.

Sadly an extremely disappointing experience as the game broke the mould of a good room. Puzzles are numbered to guide you through, with only five primary ones to solve. Some require advanced mathematics and brute force, and the use of a smart phone is required to engage with the game. This was my 64th room across the world, and I took with me 5 newbies to expose them to the world of Escape Rooms. While we escaped in time, we all left disappointed and annoyed. It ranks in my bottom 3 rooms, and the experience turned my companions off the hobby.

Staff were extremely scripted and it felt like a bit of a 'factory' of arrive, pay, watch video, room, summary, farewell. Hints are all generalised and phone based so you do not engage with a human when playing.

I'm not entirely sure, but there is a wall that I believe was supposed to opened by touch via a hydrolic mechanism, but this didn't work and brute force was expected.
