Holy smokes - you just secured an apprenticeship with one of the most acclaimed tattoo shops in the world: Hidden Needle Tattoo Parlor. You and your team of rookies have been paired with the shop's most... "eclectic"artist: Arthur "Gator" Miller. It's crucial that you and your team of rookies make a solid impression. Can you work up the ranks as a newb and develop a tattoo talent as impressive as Gator? Well, he's sure to be the judge of that! If you can survive Gator's freaky fast-paced apprenticeship, you're set to secure a booth at any shop of your choice. I'm sure it will also make for one heck of a good story.

9.5/10 Holy moly, what a room. It's so hard to recommend a room at The Exit Games that isn't Front Street Bank Heist, but this one is RIGHT there. Both are some of the best experiences I have had at a room. The theming is fantastic, the unique puzzles, the new takes on old puzzles... it all works just SO WELL. All we could do after, and each time we do a new room, is talk about how good this room is. Seriously, make it your next stop.
Such clever puzzles, not much downtime, unique contraptions and new takes on simple puzzles. GM interaction, etc. It's just all great.
Themed so absolutely well, no prop goes to waste. Puzzle solutions are themed and very rarely if ever is there some shoehorned in 4 digit-code sort of deal. It all just WORKS.
Incredible work with the intro to this one and interaction thereafter.

After we were done with this room our entire family just talked about how much fun it was. The puzzles were unique, and it was decorated really just just like a tattoo parlor.

It’s on 2nd floor without elevator but that is likely most limiting feature. There is music but not overpowering

This is a fun room with a unique theme. We enjoyed the different types of puzzles and clues. It is not always obvious which clue goes with which lock and there are some red herrings but that makes the room harder. It was a fun, collaborative room. It’s clear that the owner and staff love what they do. I also really enjoy the small trinkets that this escape room sometimes gives you as a reward for completing the room.
You have access to a lot of the clues at once so sometimes we spent too much time on clues that we didn’t know that we didn’t have all of the information on yet. The flow is still good.
Great atmosphere and immersion
Staff was kind and friendly despite us showing up late due to a festival that made it hard to find parking.

Some of the decor in the room involves tattoos of pinups and animals humping.

Not broken when we began but a key element malfunctioned. It slowed us down but the GM’s added extra time to our clock and found a creative solution to the technical problem. I would expect some kinks like this with any game that is within it’s first month of opening.
No
No, but the GM’s get into character to immerse you in the storyline before entering the room.

One of the least physically active rooms I have been in and it seems like it would be accessible to wheelchair users.
The lighting is dim and the music is loud. There is a color based clue. Aside from that, the room feels accessible.

You have to park up the street but we found an open spot. The staff were helpful with suggestions on where to park.
