Scooby, Shaggy, and the gang need your mystery-solving help…or else! The town of Crystal Cove and surrounding areas are being terrorized by monsters and ghosts, and now the local Baroness Maria Richman has gone missing and it is suspected that the ghost sightings have something to do with it! Tasked with solving the crime, you arrive at the same conclusion as Mystery Incorporated. But when you get to the Spooky Castle, Mystery Inc. gets locked out, at the same time you get locked in! You soon realize that they’re able to help by communicating clues via magic portraits inside the Castle. After discovering a secret dungeon and monster lab in the castle, you come to the conclusion that the person responsible almost certainly works in the castle - but who could it be as there are several suspects??

Theming for this room was fun but we had some issue with guidance. The attendant introducing us to the room and rules seems disinterested in being here which started us off in the room feeling uncomfortable. One of the first clues we asked for had a bit of a delay before we heard anything back, then after that we were presented with a few clues we didn’t even asked for and just the complete answer to the last puzzle which again, we didn’t ask for. We agree this room is good for a first room or for a beginner as most of the puzzles are more just directions. One puzzle did have conflicting and over explained directions which caused confusion. Overall frustrating experience.

It’s fine. Probably really cute when new, but the props and decor were showing signs of wear. Easy if you are an enthusiast, took two of us about 35 minutes and we were taking our time because it was pretty straightforward. Many of the puzzles are hardly puzzles and more like instructions. Would be fun for kids I think!

I grew up on Scooby-Doo, so once they added this room I knew I had to try it. It was wonderful. Having the whole gang of Mystery Inc. there as a device for the various sections and puzzles was a great design

Very cute for a first game and flowed well with a group of 6. I’ve done a lot of rooms and still had fun and we had varying abilities that enjoyed it a lot.

Pretty chill escape room - love scooby doo. While nothing was crazy I still appreciate the different puzzles and there were decent amount of things to do for our larger group

This game master ruined our escape room. He kept giving us hints when we didn’t ask for them or we didn’t need them. It was very annoying. Some of the props did not work and felt a bit janky. Give it a like because the theme was very fun

This was cute. The Scooby Doo theme was integrated pretty well. We did this with 6 experiences players and needed 0 hints. I think it was a little too many, maybe 4 would be a better group size. A lot of hands-on tasks, which complimented the heavy use of screens. Game master was okay…. He didn’t seem particularly engaging, but he was fine.
