13th floor itself isn’t the problem, it’s the room itself where evil dwells, pure and merciless, or so we’ve been told.
71 escape rooms
Great experience. Some standard puzzles with several unique ones. Well maintained. Nice and helpful staff. Will be back to tackle the other rooms!

Played December 2022. Everything was very rundown from sheetrock anchors coming out of the wall to multiple visible electronics and wires. Several puzzles did not trigger when solved and we often didn’t know when it was broken or when we had it wrong. Old school hint system of only 3 hints before it costs you time in the room, and on all 3 hints we used some of the information on the tv was either things we had done already or not gotten access to yet. It’s a very old gen1 (maybe gen 1.5) style escape room and those playing room 1301 should be aware when they step into the hotel of what type of room awaits.
Multiple puzzles didn’t work until quite a bit of finicking. One item didn’t appear to work and several minutes later we were told to use it and we told the staff it wasn’t turning on still.
Set is very run down and worn. Multiple items had loose screws and electronics are visible in a couple places. But it was in fact spooky and had some jump scare moments.
Both staff members were friendly.

Hard
Difficulty is high in the sense that things didn’t make sense or flow. Random connection points with a very loose theme of spooky hotel room.
