Skunkwater, Arizona, 1880's Artifacts and stone carvings in the area have led to speculation about an ancient civilization that lived here long ago. Legend says there was a temple entrance hidden among the hills. During the day, at the right time, the sun would enter the temple and reveal a great secret and treasure to those that were worthy. Locals believe this explains the disappearance of an odd fellow named Carter. The lore recounts that Carter found the entrance and quickly built his store to conceal it while attempting to get the treasure for himself. But Sirtet, who guards the treasure, found him unworthy. The treasure remains. Make it to the temple at the right time to claim the treasure!

It has a nice design. Fun story. Was a bit upset that they tell you not to pull on things yet you had to in order to obtain some of the puzzle pieces.

This game is so far my favorite of this venue! It had amazing set design, fun and unique puzzles, and satisfying reveals! Definitely my favorite archeology/ancient civilization room I’ve done. As almost always with Escape Artists, our GM Freddy was awesome and was really helpful throughout our games. Can’t wait to go back and play Protocol Zero.

Fun room. A lot of scavenger hunt aspects to the game, which isn't usually my favorite, but the rest of the game made up for it.
It was alright
Game master didn't give us good information prior to playing the room. She also gave us nudges when we didn't ask for them, and proceeded to nudge us after we asked her to stop. We got out with 12 minutes remaining... So we never needed her help. It was annoying.

Our 3rd room at this location and definitely our favorite so far. Really fun room, theme was really nice and everything flowed very well. Also very big and immersive game. Definitely recommend (:

Fun room, solid puzzles and gameplay. Fun for the whole family or a group of friends

fun game but the second to last puzzle made me want to rip the hair out of my head. our game master told my friend and i that no one gets that puzzle; he had to walk us through how to do it literally step by step. if it’s that big of an issue just get rid of it, it ruined our experience to be honest

The beginning of the game is very scavenger hunty. It may have been better with more than 2 people for that. The theming and puzzles are good.

This is probably my favorite so far bc the rooms were immersive and the puzzles were challenging. Everyone was able to do something and the staff was friendly.

Just walking around and picking things up
Not the best lot or most contrasting in colors for visual impairments. Probably not wide enough for complete wheelchair use but I don’t know the exact dimensions of either.

It was late so street parking was easy pickings but it’s not the easiest to find. Can’t imagine trying to find parking during a busier time.

This room was fun! Definitely worth the drive from Orlando. The theming was fun and the puzzle design was easy to follow but offered a solid level of challenge! I think escape artists always consistently put up good rooms and this is a good addition to the lineup!
