Room is cool and have cool puzzles but if you have bad vision this is room not for you also I like the music and theme sounds but when you get a clue you can not hear anything so clues it’s waisted at list for us. And we did over 70 escape rooms.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for the nearby games store. This had so much potential. The set dec was incredible - with things I’d never seen in nearly 200 rooms. The game also has wonderful nods to the Fallout series. Sadly, the logic did not flow well for our group and we found ourselves repeatedly frustrated. We kept asking each other “how were we supposed to make that connection logically?” While this did impact our experience some, what really set this apart as an overall negative experience was the human interaction. The employee who greeted us and assisted with booking was initially kind soon seemed annoyed, saying “I’m not running that room tonight” and “that’s the opening we have, take it or leave it” to us asking about different games/times as we had a later booking elsewhere. To their credit, that employee did come into the room to help us with a puzzle did not work as designed. The intercom system used for asking/receiving clues is quite staticky and we were frequently unable to understand what the game master was trying to tell us. Towards the end of the game, the game master disappeared. We asked for help, waited a few moments, and tried another two times with no answer. We did end up figuring out the puzzle on our own (it was a guess truthfully) which ended the game. What’s strange is no one greeted us after. It was like the place was empty aside from my group. We couldn’t find any employees and ultimately left without talking to anyone. It’s clear someone with passion put a ton of blood, sweat and tears into that room and it’s a shame it’s being represented by poor customer service. Not worth the $50/player price tag. Would not come back, and would not recommend.
