Kingdom of Cat-astrophy is more of a standard escape room compared to some of the more unconventional offerings at Omescape’s Sunnyvale. This is a great room for players with some experience and could easily be accessible to beginners, while still impressing us with its puzzles and lavish design. Loved the story of how King Schrödinger has died and our team of humans have been called to help restore peace to the kingdom. The puns were pure-text and there may be some climbing involved. However, the rest of the set is good for humans! We had a lot of fun with our group of 4, but we did it too early in the morning (10 AM). I would recommend doing this room later on if you’re not a morning person like me!

As if Kingdom of Cats I wasn't enough, here is the sequel. In all honesty, we weren't fans of the first one. But Omescape has a knack for set design which is fun. Puzzles are always a challenge. But the escapeologists never walk away from a game. So this one is successfully in the books.

Room was amazing. The set design and puzzles had me scrambling to get them all done with a big smile on my face. Reall recommend.

This room had a unique perspective, and it executed well. The set design was great, and there were a lot of details in the set that made me chuckle. There were a lot of familiar types of puzzles, but they were definitely specifically tailored to the theme of the room. It is pretty linear, and we escaped with over ten minutes left with a group of 4 enthusiasts, so 6 would probably only be needed for less seasoned groups. The staff was pawfully helpful and encouraging; the customer service was top notch. There were a few puzzles that felt a little confusing because the signposting was unclear to us, but overall, a cute little romp.

Cute room, liked it better than the San Jose omescape cat themed room.

harder than kingdom of cats 1, still on the easy side for omescape. as usual, I enjoyed the set design, and the game flowed well.
