Secrets of the Pharaohs

It was fine, decor was super good but there was sand all over the floor and we were wearing flip flops. Kinda gross and we weren’t warned but the game was fun!

Great room, lots of cool puzzles and mechanics. Good story, immersive. PARKING IS TERRIBLE. It's not the room's fault, but there is only one working parking pass dispenser for a huge lot. The city doesn't fix the broken ones. Plan on an extra 15-20 minutes of standing in line for the one working machine. Great rooms, don't let it put you off, but plan accordingly!

Sands and pillars are everywhere in this room, but I felt like I was lost in their puzzle designs as most of it didn't feel intuitive, and need some trial and error and guidance from the GM to facilitate.

I love a good Egyptian themed room, and the wow factor of walking in and feeling transported to ancient Egypt would always be exciting to me. However, after having done all three rooms at this location, this was my least favorite. There were too many puzzles that did not feel intuitive. Even our game master shared with us that a couple of the puzzles could be better designed. There’s a difference between feeling like “oh, I can’t believe I didn’t get that” versus “That does not make any sense.” I had more of those confused moments, even when it was explained to us at the end. With that said, the puzzles made great use of the space! I do wish there was a tad bit more light though because we ended up having to use our phones to see!

Classic Egyptian room, tech puzzles, excellent set design. Most of the solutions were intuitive, and we had a fantastic GM!

I never love when you end up spending too much time on one puzzle that’s unnecessarily difficult. The set is great and you’ll love it. There were a few times we thought, “this isn’t intuitive” or “what’s next?”This review is worded weirdly! It’s a way to scratch the escape room itch and it’s fun. All of these things are true at the same time.

"Secrets of the Pharaohs" escape room is an immersive experience with a brilliantly executed ancient theme. The puzzles flow smoothly from one to the next, with one particularly challenging puzzle adding to the excitement. Highly recommended for an engaging and thought-provoking adventure.

Don’t wear heels LOL. Also one of the puzzles in this room can be very difficult and you will definitely need a hint for it. Otherwise super cool room and well thought out

So messy! It generally flowed smoothly, however at least 1 puzzle wasn’t working properly & another required force. Fortunately, none of that impeded our progress, though it lost us some time. Fun word puzzles, but does need a tune-up.
