Confinement was a thrilling adventure! Our team is mostly chickens so the jump scares and ambiance totally got us (in a good way). Challenging but fun room. We recommend!

This was our first "chain" escape room experience. We've done 9 other rooms and I was expecting a higher production value out of a company with locations around the world. They did seem popular though. The lobby was jam packed with groups on a weekday afternoon and it seemed to be a good time all around. I did notice most groups had several kids in them. After playing what is listed as their hardest room, I would agree that this is probably a great place to bring your kids for an all ages activity. We kept getting hung up thinking there was more to each puzzle or clue. We'd be looking for the next part or the codex, not realizing that we were just meant to count something or unscramble a word. I would recommend this room to players who haven't done many escape rooms in the past.
GM was lovely. They gave all the necessary information and didn't seem like they were juggling other groups/rooms.

While I don't think we'll be coming back, I was intrigued that all the rooms are "in the same universe"

It was rated 8/10 which impacted how we attempted to solve clues and puzzles. We kept overthinking things, expecting that difficulty level. It may have been 8/10 on their scale, but we have done far harder rooms at other locations.

We played with 2 experienced adults. I think this room is perfect for a small family group.
Spooky
There is banging and a graveyard. Adults should be fine as it's not realistic. Young children might not want to spend time in the final room (it's on the dark side).

The entire room was well worn but everything worked. That said the wall mountes lanterns at the end were finicky even after we figured out how to use them.

The final room has a big step up and then down, but once 1 person is in, they can unlock a second door for other players. Nothing that requires hearing. Vision impairments might impact speed of game play in the final room as it's dark

For only being open a week, some of the items in the room seemed rather worn. This was strange to me. It did not hinder my experience, though - I still had fun and we were able to solve the puzzles and escape. The staff all deemed this room as their hardest, but I think their Fair Game room is more of a challenge, and would rank this as more of an intermediate game. Itβs definitely creepy/spooky, though, which makes it unique!
