An elite group of master codebreakers and puzzle solvers known as The Sherlock Society have noticed your expert escape room solving skills. While they are intrigued by you, they aren't fully impressed just yet. They've invited you to participate in their initiation process to see if you have what it takes to join their ranks. Are you up for the challenge?

We have physically played this room with 3 different themes beforehand and Two Trees continues to amaze us! This is by far my favorite overlay of the room and was perfect for a team of two. My only wish was to have something to commemorate becoming a member of the society haha.

Considering how much we loved their other rooms and the customer service, we were really disappointed with how much we disliked this room. The GM told us that this room had only opened two weeks before we played it, so I was expecting the room to be fresh and new. The room itself is massive, and because of that, it feels empty. They would have benefited from splitting the thing into two rooms. The main issue with this room is its "tech puzzles". My group had multiple occasions where we solved a puzzle and triggered something to open, yet it made no sound so we had no idea a new thing unlocked. It quickly became frustrating, as we kept asking for clues, only to be told we unlocked something and missed it. Interesting idea, so I hope they redo some things in the room to make it better as they get more feedback.

The room felt remarkably simple given that the conceit of the room is that you have been invited to join a secret sleuthing society where this is your initiation/tryout. There were a couple of interesting moments - the final puzzle especially - but for the most part the experience was neither original nor challenging, and the only moments of βdifficultyβ came from elements that were exceptionally oversensitive to trigger. Our game host was also distracting at some points, absent at others, and generally awkward at providing hints.
There were two puzzles we really enjoyed and another with a bit of creativity, but overall puzzles were much too simple (here is this object - go put it in this really obvious place), were rehashes of common tropes, and/or didnβt function properly.
No
The final logic puzzle was fun, but otherwise, nothing particularly special.
Medium
Most were much too obvious. Several were only difficult because the mechanics were too sensitive or not working. A couple had an interesting twist that made them slightly more challenging.
Mechanical
Some of each. Several sensors didnβt work well.

Not exactly broken, but extraordinarily touchy to activate. Also an item that didnβt seem to be preset properly.

A few things would be more challenging if color blind.
