25 haunts
This was enjoyable but not a must do. Generally speaking, a lot of the scares were repetitive (example: there were a lot of chainsaws that were all used in the same way). The haunt actors weren’t always in full costume (some masks came off, some weren’t wearing masks in the first place, etc.) or fully in character. It appears that most of the attention was directed towards the hayride given that’s where the majority of the actors were at.
Spooky
The scares weren’t super closely packed together and the actors weren’t always in character.
It served the purpose of a haunted house, I just wasn’t entirely immersed.

We got there when they opened and the fast pass option was unnecessary. Given the fact that there are only a couple of trailers for the hayride, it might be worth getting a fast pass if you were arriving later.

There was a kid who was probably about 10 years old in a group near us who was crushing it. That being said, I found it kind of tasteless how many haunt actors chose to pick on the kid who was very obviously nervous.
Somewhat
I wouldn’t say it was super active but there were a few stairs and the walk through the swamp had a lot of roots and such.
It would be near impossible to traverse the walk through the swamp with mobility restrictions. There were times with extremely loud music and bright/intense sound effects.
No complaints here.
Some wait
Very manageable wait time if you arrive when they open.
30+ min
We got there at 7:15 pm and were out by 8:45 pm.
None
There were some times with loud sound effects and strobe lights.
There were portable bathrooms. If you go to the ones after the haunted house but before the hayride, there are portable sinks as well.
Plenty of parking!
