284 escape rooms
This was a solid room, especially for the Richmond market.
Gameplay
A few novel puzzles and game mechanics. Several game mechanics that I've seen a many times before. I am not a fan of the destructible clues for one puzzle and the safes that had a lockout time if incorrect codes were entered. But I appreciated that the puzzles were intuitive for the most part.
Atmosphere
It felt like a lab with a whole lot of locks on everything. Some set pieces were obviously hand made. You get to use some actual scientific equipment to solve puzzles, which was cool.
Customer service

Story
Very simple plot. It was just enough to provide a goal and a theme. Don't expect an elaborate story arc.
Difficulty
Easy
Mostly easy if you use a bit of "escape room logic" to solve some puzzles.

Mechanical
Normal locks for the most part, but there were a few sensor/prop-based puzzles.

Accessibility
A few puzzles required the ability to see color. Some spaces (especially with door swings) might be tight for wheelchair users, but I'd imagine it could be navigated in a wheelchair. Essentially all puzzles required vision, one in particular required fairly good vision.
